And many restaurants prepare special Lunar New Year menus consisting of traditional Chinese dishes to help those dining bring prosperity and wealth into the new year.

To celebrate the ancient festival, the restaurant has four different banquet menus that it will offer to customers over the four days.

On the table, diners can indulge in at least nine different dishes featuring braised lobster with ginger and shallots and e-fu noodles, braised pig trotter with seafood, dried oysters and hair moss and seasonal vegetables in broth with wild berries. 

At the banquet, you can also increase your chances of good luck by indulging in their whole steamed coral trout and steamed whole free range chicken. According to tradition, consuming these dishes will bring prosperity and wealth to you in 2023.
